From 08 December 2018 until 12 January 2019, you can find GreenIce on the grounds of the Turngesellschaft Walldorf in Germany with a 300 m2 synthetic ice rink.
The TGV has more than 4500 members and about 180 coaches. Being one of the largest sports associations of its region, it offers a state-of-the-art fitness studio, the KiSS sports school for children, courses, sports rehab, a sports casino, a tennis hall, Aikido, basketball, archery, strength and conditioning, Dancing Diamonds, Flagfootball, gymnastics, handball, jazz and modern dance (JMD), Judo, climbing, track and field, shooting, dance, tennis, TiGSi youth club, PE and hiking.
Its facilities boast several halls, tennis courts, a climbing wall, a comprehensive outdoor area, multiple shooting ranges, and more.
We are excited to be a part of the TGV with our multifunctional and 100% eco-friendly synthetic ice rink this winter, and hope that the expansion will help to bring the Christmas spirit to the town!
The ice rink will be opened with a big ceremony starting at 2PM on 8 December, later that day at 7PM, there will be disco on the ice.
Opening times:
08 December 2018 until 12 January 2019 from 2PM until 9PM every day (Christmas Eve and 31 December are exempt).
Every Saturday from 7PM to 12AM there will be disco on the ice, on Sundays you will have the chance to play ice stock sport.
Additionally, the following events will take place:
First ice stock sport tournament on 11 Dec from 7PM
Mulled wine party on 16 Dec from 6PM
Second ice stock sport tournament on 18 Dec from 7PM
Third ice stock tournament on 08 Jan from 7PM
